been family owned and operated since 1982. It is our mission
to provide a clean, comfortable and hospitable atmosphere
at a value price. The Tropic Island
is centrally located in Port Aransas, close to the beach,
restaurants, docks, piers, parks, birding and shopping. We
offer accommodations and sites to fit your needs. We offer
many amenities including our swimming pool, recreational room,
fish cleaning facilities and winter time activities.
